Use this when you cannot complete the full intake immediately. Every customer item must be labeled and entered before being left in the warehouse.

Full intake is required within 24 hours.

Before submitting: Put blue tape on back of each item and write Item ID

Matching pieces that always stay together may share one Item ID using Item Quantity.

Item ID - Intake

First 2 letters of first name + first 2 letters of last name + date received + item number.

Item Type - Intake Entry

Item Quantity - Intake Entry

Enter the number of matching pieces being tracked together under this Item ID. Only group pieces that will remain together through cleaning, drying, QC and return. If a piece may be treated or handled separately, give it its own Item ID.

Primary Color - Intake Entry

Color/ Pattern Notes - Intake Entry

Example: Cream with navy pattern / Gray with white piping

Quick Check-In Note - Intake Entry

Blue ID Tag Applied - Intake Entry

Item ID on blue tape and securely attached to the item.

Intake Photos

Measurements, material, customer concerns, condition documentation and photos must be completed through Complete Intake within 24 hours.
